Leonard’s regiment. Served in expedition to Ticonderoga. Discharged April
10, 1777. Probably died in Monson, MA. Married Dec. 21, 1768 in Bellingham
to Lydia Alden (b. April 1, 1751, Stafford, CT) Lydia was descended from
John Alden and Priscilla Mullins They had 8 children: Joel (b. 1770),
